Pennsylvania dental plans that offer full coverage right away

I live in Pennsylvania and have poor dental health right now. I do not have much in the way of extra money and every day is a struggle. My teeth hurt almost all the time when I am eating.
I know I must have many dental issues that need to be address but do not know where to turn to. I am willing to make monthly payments if they can keep the cost to something I can afford monthly.

Not too long ago I was in the same spot as you little to no money and very bad teeth. I had to go to a dental clinic that offer very low to free cost dental services to low income.
I had to provide proff that I was low income but then they took me and I had little cost. Maybe there be something like this were you are. It would be worth looking into.
